Job responsibilities:​

• 负责基金管理公司的运营：行政，人事，财务，税务，运营，备案，监管工作

• 负责基金的注册，财务，税务，监管，备案等事宜

• 负责和外部监管部门及专业服务机构（财务，税务，法务，审计）的对接

Qualifications:​

​

•    三年以上双币创业投资管理公司的运营经验，熟悉中国和美国VC管理公司，中国和美国创投基金的Admin，财税，legal要求
•    财务，税务，金融或法务背景
•    热爱基金管理行业，把基金管理作为职业目标
•    对硬科技有兴趣
•    优秀的沟通协调能力
•    中英文流利
 

岗位职责：

•    对接基金的地方政府LP，维护地方政府LP关系
•    收集当地的项目和资源信息，给当地招商部门和产业园区对接基金的项目和股东资源，建立双赢的合作

​

岗位要求：

​

•    化学，化工，材料，或环境专业背景，本科或以上
•    三年以上招商经验，熟悉政府体系
•    英文四级，能读写，翻译英文资料
•    商务拓展能力强，善于发现，创造机会
•    沟通，协调，推动能力强
•    性格外向，举止稳重，谈吐得体
•    适应经常出差，灵活性高
 

Job responsibilities:

• Industry research to identify industry trends, growth drivers and value chain

• Identify, source  and analyze promising investment opportunities in CM Venture Capital investment fields

• Technical and commercial due diligence of potential investment opportunities

• Write due diligence reports, industry research reports, investment reports

• Assist partners in investment-related matters

Qualifications:

• M.S. or above from top Universities, MBA is a plus

• 3 years relevant work experience (in investment, FA, open innovation, consulting, investment banking)

• Fast learner, self-starter, logic thinker, intellectual honesty

• Fluent in Chinese and English

• Excellent communication skills
